They mention that its excellent value for money, the packs are the perfect size for isolating areas and that the blue gel freezes enough. Easily heat in the microwave and use warm for effective relief from muscular and joint pains, or freeze in the freezer and use cold to reduce swelling and inflammation. It should be used following sports injury, soft tissue injury or injury in the workplace or home where cold is required to limit internal bleeding, swelling and inflammation.

Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes (time may vary due to wattage), remove from container and test the heat, for additional heat, microwave in 10-15 second intervals. Place the gel pack in the wrap or at least cover before applying to skin, Gel stays flexible even when frozen. Alternatively, heat your HypaGel Pack to relieve sore muscles and joint stiffness after the acute stages of injury. Boil 3/4 litre and remove from heat, place the gel pack in the water for 5 minutes if at room temperature, but for no more than 8 minutes. The Mueller Reusable Cold/Hot Pack contains a soft gel and is ideal for cold or hot therapy in treating minor scrapes and bruises, muscle aches and sprains, headaches, minor burns, toothaches. Bear in mind that if you leave the pack in the freezer for more than a couple of hours, the pack may freeze solid. It is an essential piece of kit to keep in the freezer to apply immediately after acute sprains, strains and contusions. Useful, convenient size to cover most problem areas sufficiently, and they stay squidgy and malleable when frozen so they can be 'moulded' around the affected area, or are comfy to lie on. A fairly good product, and certainly worked for cooling our beds in the middle of the summer heatwave. uk require a 14 working days waiting period before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. This does not damage the pack, but does prevent it from bending around your body until it has thawed out a little. Constructed from a fabric-feel pouch containing a non-toxic gel, the QuickSoothe Hot/Cold pack measures approximately 13cm x 27cm.Suitable for use on all ages to provide effective pain relief, our hot and cold pack is an extremely useful addition to any first aid kit. Simple to use and provides long-lasting hot or cold therapy, longer than a standard instant hot or cold pack.
